Webinar 1 – CBME Updates and New Developments: Are We Progressing as Expected?
Valuable updates from CBME Leaders, Committee Chairs, and CBD Champions. The new MedSIS enhancements, including the Competence Committee Dashboard, were also showcased.

Webinar 2 – Case-Based Discussion: Good Data In, Good Decisions Out
A case-based workshop to engage analysis and deeper discussion around trainee review, progression decisions. The cases were presented by CBD faculty leaders and purposely designed to examine the more “grey” areas of progression decision-making while showcasing MedSIS enhanced functionality. Each case example will be examined using a large group/small group format, and will include a mock competence committee activity. Zoom break out rooms were not recorded.

Webinar 3 – CBD Expert Panel: Questions and Answers
Questions and themes arising from webinars 1 and 2 were addressed, with lots of time for participants to ask the panel of CBD champions their own questions. Panel was comprised of CBD Leads, Program Directors, Academic Coaches, Competence Committee Chairs, and Program Administrators experienced in CBD.
