MedSIS Enhancements – Competence Committee Dashboard, Additional tabs in the Resident CBME Dashboard, and more

Competence Committee Review Dashboard – will help programs facilitate their Competence Committee meetings. Allows programs to create their own CC dashboard that outlines all the steps/requirements for each review residents undergo. Coaches and CC members can access resident data, reports, letters, files, etc., all in one place and minimize the need for printing and emailing files. This dashboard will be presented at the CBME Annual Retreat on October 14, 19, and 21, 2020 and follow up training sessions will take place to help programs onboard this dashboard.

Training on the Competence Committee Review Dashboard on November 19 and 26, 2020. Programs will have access to the dashboard after having attended training. 

Additional tabs in the Resident CBME Dashboard – tabs for resident completion of program evaluation (faculty and rotation evaluations), resident event attendance, learner summary report with some enhancements, and a tab for activities/procedures logged by the resident. An email outlining the additional tabs along with updated training resources will be sent to programs in October, but they are available now in the resident dashboard.
