QUALITY IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES

The 2022 CBME Retreat on Nov. 9th was a success as we achieved our goals of coming together to discuss programmatic assessment in CBD, understand the urgent problems relating to assessment and resident burden, and to collaboratively identify strategies to solve.

This workshop covered both EPA Assessment in MedSIS and the Competence Committee Review Dashboard.

Mapping your EPAs to the clinical and non-clinical resident training experiences and considering how they will be assessed is a critical component of your transition to CBD. During this workshop, Drs. Lori Whitehead, Som Mukherjee, Val Mueller, Andrea Hunter, and Michelle Morais present different mapping templates and will walk you through the process of refining your curriculum map.
