Program administrators have an important role to play in the administration of the competence committees. By the end of this session, participants will be able to describe the purpose, structure and function of a competence committee, outline tasks to complete in preparing for a competence committee, identify practical approaches to facilitating a competence committee meeting, and identify action items and processes needed for after the meeting.
